Sizing Questions
Q: “How do I find out my ring size?"
We recommend using a ring sizer provided by us. If you choose the "Unsure of ring size" option on the product page, we will send you a ring sizer before the ring is created. Please keep in mind that weather changes can cause the finger to swell/contract.

Q: “Do you make ______ ring in a different width?”
Most rings can be made in a different width. The width listed on the product page is the most common size.
Please contact us for a custom width.
Q: "Do you make 1/4 sizes for rings?"
Currently we only create rings in half sizes. Most rings have a comfort fit interior which can feel a bit looser than a standard fit, which could feel like a 1/4 size.
Ordering Questions
Q: “How long does it take to create and ship my order? "
The creation time for each order varies depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
We try to keep an updated estimate in the "production time" section on the product page.
Once your order is ready, we will ship it out within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Q: “I need my ring/s by _____, are you able to have them finished by then?"
Depending on order volume and complexity it may or may not be possible. Please reach out with specific details before you place an order that is needed by a specific date.

Yes, we can do basic engraving.
*Some metal types show engraving better than others. Please send us an email with the design in question for suggestions.

Yes, we offer customization options for our jewelry. Many designs can be customized with different types of metals, materials, etc.
